The Lower Wenatchee River Float trip is perfect for very young adventurers ages 5 and up or those not looking for a Wenatchee river rafting experience. This section of the river floats past apple, pear, and cherry orchards, past historic landmarks, and into the Columbia River estuary.

With some great swimming spots, lots of wildlife, and great river features, the Lower Wenatchee is a great first Washington whitewater rafting experience for young children or those hesitant to venture onto the river environment.

What's Included

We include a wetsuit, booties, a PFD for everyone, as well as a guide in each boat, all safety gear, and round-trip shuttle service to your car.

What to Expect

Expect to get wet! River Recreation rafts rain or shine. River Recreation is happy to offer you our comfortable and spacious picnic area with plenty of umbrella-covered tables to enjoy your self-packed picnic-style lunch either before or after the rafting excursion. Please do not bring keys, phones, or anything you cannot lose with you on the river. We will have a secure place to leave your car keys.

What to Bring

Bring suntan lotion, a swimsuit, a bottle of water to drink, some cash, an extra fleece top if it is cold, a change of clothes, and you can leave a towel in your car for after the trip.
