Trips fill up, so make your reservation early to ensure your choice of dates. A 50% deposit is required at the time you book your trip, with the balance due 14 days prior to your trip.
A full refund less a $15 per person cancellation fee will be given if you cancel two weeks prior to the reserved date. A $25.00 rescheduling fee will be required for changes within 7 days prior to your trip. No refund is issued if you fail to show or cancel your trip within two weeks of the date. Substitutions are allowed; please inform the office of the change in participant information.
